About The Position

WIS International is hiring a part-time Retail Inventory Associate to count retail inventory for top retailers. No inventory experience or degree is required; paid training is provided. The starting wage is $18.00–$20.00 per hour, with performance-based increases of up to $2.00 more per hour within the first six months based on productivity and accuracy, and additional earning opportunities of up to $5.00 per hour. The position involves travel to retail locations and may include occasional overnight assignments. Scheduling is flexible. Qualified individuals with disabilities may request reasonable accommodation.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Have reliable transportation.
Demonstrate a strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Be comfortable using handheld technology.
Have attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Be able to stand and walk for extended periods, bend, kneel, squat, reach, climb ladders when needed, and lift and carry items up to 25 pounds.
Work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience in retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse work, customer service, cashiering, delivery driving, gaming, athletics, coaching, or general labor is considered valuable.
Opportunity to become a paid driver or work at a pharmacy counter, with certification required.
