About The Position

Nike Retail Associates, known as Athletes, bring the “Just Do It” mindset to life by helping consumers discover products and delivering an engaging Nike store experience. Working in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment across store zones, Associates collaborate as a team to serve consumers and build brand trust and loyalty. The starting hourly rate is $19.00. Scheduling is based on store needs and employment type. Standard shifts are generally scheduled between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM in the store’s time zone; overnight positions may work between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Schedules vary by location, season, and business demands. Associates are expected to commit to their availability while remaining flexible, and business needs may occasionally require availability outside the hours provided. This is a part-time role. Retail part-time hours are listed as 14–29 hours per week; part-time-under roles are listed as 5–15 hours per week. The posting is anticipated to close on January 12, 2027.

Requirements

Be flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekend, and/or holiday shifts based on department and store/company needs.
Be at least 18 years old.
Be able to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
