About The Position

Nike Retail Associates, known as Athletes, bring the “Just Do It” mindset to life by helping consumers discover products that inspire them to move, dream, and dare. Associates build brand trust and loyalty in the store while working with teammates in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment. The goal is to serve consumers and provide the ultimate Nike store experience. Associates commit to their stated availability and maintain flexibility within it. Standard shifts are generally scheduled between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM in the store’s time zone; overnight positions may be scheduled between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Schedules vary by location, season, business demands, store needs, and employment type. Managers will make every effort to schedule within provided availability, though business needs may occasionally require work outside it or additional or different availability. The starting hourly rate is $19.00. An online assessment is part of the application process. Nike provides accommodations for the assessment and interview process, including screen readers, sign language interpreters, accessible interview locations, closed captioning, and other reasonable modifications. Relocation support and work authorization assistance are not available for this role.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Flexible scheduling and availability to work retail hours, potentially including day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, based on department and store/company needs.
Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
