About The Position

Nike Retail Associates, known as Athletes, bring the “Just Do It” mindset to life by serving consumers and helping them discover products that inspire them to move. The role builds brand trust and loyalty in a fast-paced, high-traffic store environment, working across store zones and consumer needs as part of a team. The goal is to serve consumers and provide an exceptional Nike store experience. The starting hourly rate is $19.00. Employees must commit to their stated availability and maintain flexibility within it. Standard shifts are generally scheduled between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM in the store’s time zone; overnight positions may work between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Specific schedules vary by location, season, and business demands. Managers make every effort to schedule within provided availability, but business needs may occasionally require different or additional availability. Expected weekly hours vary by employment type: full-time is 32–40 hours, part-time is 14–29 hours, seasonal is up to 40 hours based on business need, and part-time under is 5–15 hours. The posting is anticipated to close on February 16, 2027. Relocation support and work authorization assistance are not available. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekend, and/or holiday shifts based on department and store/company needs.
Able to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
