About The Position

Nike Retail Associates, known as Athletes, bring the “Just Do It” mindset to life by helping consumers discover products that inspire them. They serve consumers in a fast-paced, high-traffic store environment, work across store zones and consumer needs, and collaborate as part of a team to deliver the ultimate Nike store experience and build brand trust and loyalty. The starting hourly rate is $19.00. Scheduling depends on store needs, season, business demands, and employment type. Employees are expected to commit to their stated availability while remaining flexible within it; business needs may occasionally require shifts outside that availability or additional or different availability. Standard shifts are generally scheduled between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM in the store’s time zone. Overnight positions may work between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Expected hours are 32–40 per week for full-time, 14–29 for part-time, up to 40 for seasonal work based on business need, and 5–15 for part-time under. The posting is anticipated to close on January 12, 2027. Relocation support and work authorization assistance are not available. Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Be flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekend, and/or holiday shifts, based on department and store/company needs.
Be able to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
