About The Position

Nike Retail Associates, known as Athletes, bring the “Just Do It” mindset to life by helping consumers discover Nike products and creating an ultimate Nike store experience. The role serves consumers across store zones in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment and works collaboratively with teammates to build brand trust and loyalty.

Associates focus on understanding consumer needs, sharing product knowledge, maintaining the store, meeting goals, and building supportive connections with consumers and teammates. The starting hourly rate is $19.00. Schedules vary by location, season, business demands, and employment type; standard shifts are generally scheduled between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM in the store’s time zone, with overnight shifts possibly between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Employees are expected to commit to their availability while maintaining flexibility, as business needs may occasionally require different or additional availability.

The role requires flexibility for retail hours, which may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical requirements may include bending, squatting, reaching, climbing a ladder, and standing for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations. Applicants must be at least 18. Relocation support and work authorization assistance are unavailable. An online personality and behavioral-preference assessment is part of the application process. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
