About The Position

Nike Retail Associates, known as Athletes, bring the “Just Do It” mindset to life by helping consumers discover products that inspire them. They serve consumers across store zones and needs in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment, working as part of a team to build brand trust and loyalty and provide an excellent Nike store experience. The starting hourly rate is $17.00. Hours of availability and flexibility within those hours are important. Standard shifts are generally scheduled between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM in the store’s time zone; overnight positions may be scheduled between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Schedules vary by location, season, business demands, store needs, and employment type. Managers will make every effort to schedule within stated availability, though business needs may occasionally require different or additional availability. Full-time hours are typically 32–40 hours per week.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, potentially including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on department and store/company needs.
Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
