About The Position

Nike Retail Associates, known as Athletes, bring the “Just Do It” mindset to life by helping consumers discover products that inspire them to move, dream, and dare. Associates build brand trust and loyalty in a fast-paced, high-traffic store environment, working across store zones and consumer needs as part of a team. The goal is to serve consumers and provide an outstanding Nike store experience.

The starting hourly rate is $16.00. Full-time retail hours are 32–40 hours per week. Shifts are generally scheduled between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM in the store’s time zone; overnight positions may work between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Schedules vary by location, season, and business needs. Associates are expected to commit to their availability and remain flexible within it; business needs may sometimes require different or additional availability.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible with scheduling and available for retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, based on department and store/company needs.
• Able to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
