About The Position

Nike Retail Associates, known as Athletes, bring the “Just Do It” mindset to life by serving consumers and helping them discover products that support their goals. The role works across store zones in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment as part of a team, with the goal of providing an excellent Nike store experience and building brand trust and loyalty. The starting hourly rate is $15.50. Full-time retail hours are generally 32–40 hours per week. Standard shifts are generally scheduled between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM in the store’s time zone; overnight positions may work between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Schedules vary based on location, season, store needs, and business demands. Employees are expected to commit to their availability and remain flexible within it; business needs may occasionally require additional, different, or outside availability.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekend, and/or holiday shifts based on department and store/company needs.
Commit to stated availability and maintain flexibility; business needs may occasionally require availability beyond the provided hours.
Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
