About The Position

Nike Retail Associates, known as Athletes, bring the “Just Do It” mindset to life by helping consumers discover products that inspire them. They serve customers in a fast-paced, high-traffic store environment, working across store zones and consumer needs to deliver the ultimate Nike store experience. Associates work as part of a team to build brand trust and loyalty, support consumers and teammates, maintain store standards, and help meet goals. The starting hourly rate is $17.00. Full-time roles are expected to work 32–40 hours per week. Shifts are generally scheduled between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM in the store’s time zone; overnight roles may work between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Schedules vary by location, season, business demands, and employment type. Associates must commit to their availability and remain flexible, as business needs may occasionally require work outside stated availability or different availability.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs.
Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
Commit to stated hours of availability and maintain flexibility within those hours.
