About The Position

Nike Retail Associates, known as Athletes, bring Nike’s “Just Do It” mindset to life by serving consumers and helping them find products that support their goals. The role involves building brand trust and loyalty in a fast-paced, high-traffic store environment, working across store zones and consumer needs as part of a team. The goal is to provide consumers with an exceptional Nike store experience. The starting hourly rate is $19.00. Availability and flexibility are core components of retail employment. Standard shifts are generally scheduled between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM in the store’s time zone; overnight positions may be scheduled between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Specific schedules vary by location, season, and business demands. Shifts depend on store needs and employment type. Managers will make every effort to schedule within provided availability, but business needs may sometimes require different or additional availability. Full-time retail hours are 32–40 hours per week.

Requirements

Be flexible with scheduling and available for retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekend, and/or holiday work based on department and store/company needs.
Be able to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
Be at least 18 years old.
