About The Position

Nike Retail Associates, known as Athletes, bring the “Just Do It” mindset to life by helping consumers discover products that inspire them. They serve consumers in a fast-paced, high-traffic store environment, working across store zones and consumer needs as part of a team. The role focuses on delivering the ultimate Nike store experience, building brand trust and loyalty, and helping consumers find gear that supports their performance. The starting hourly rate is $16.00. Full-time positions are expected to work 32–40 hours per week. Standard shifts are generally scheduled between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM in the store’s time zone; overnight positions may work between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Schedules vary based on location, season, business demands, store needs, and employment type. Employees are expected to commit to their availability while maintaining flexibility, and business needs may occasionally require availability outside the times provided.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs.
Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
