About The Position

Nike Retail Associates, known as Athletes, bring the “Just Do It” mindset to life by helping consumers discover products that inspire them. They serve consumers in a fast-paced, high-traffic store, working across store zones and consumer needs as part of a team focused on providing the ultimate Nike store experience. The starting hourly rate is $16.00. Scheduling varies with location, season, store needs, and employment type. Associates are expected to commit to their availability while remaining flexible; business needs may occasionally require availability outside the hours provided. Standard shifts are generally scheduled between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM in the store’s timezone; overnight positions may work between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Full-time retail roles are expected to work 32–40 hours per week.

Requirements

Be flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on department and store/company needs.
Be at least 18 years old.
Meet physical requirements that may include bending, squatting, reaching, climbing a ladder, and standing for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
