About The Position

Nike Retail Associates, known as Athletes, bring the “Just Do It” mindset to life by helping consumers discover products that inspire them. They serve consumers in a fast-paced, high-traffic store environment across different zones and needs, working as part of a team to build brand trust and loyalty and provide an exceptional Nike store experience. The starting hourly rate is $19.00. Full-time retail hours are generally 32–40 hours per week. Employees must commit to their availability and maintain flexibility; standard shifts are generally scheduled between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM, with schedules varying by location, season, store needs, and business demands. Business needs may occasionally require work outside stated availability or additional or different availability. An online assessment is part of the application process. The role is based at Nike House of Innovation NYC. Relocation support and work authorization assistance are not available.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekend, and/or holiday shifts, based on department and store or company needs.
May need to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
