About The Position

Nike Retail Associates, known as Athletes, bring the “Just Do It” mindset to life by helping consumers discover products that inspire them to move, dream, and dare. They serve consumers in a fast-paced, high-traffic store environment, working across store zones and customer needs as part of a team focused on delivering the ultimate Nike store experience. The starting hourly rate is $17.00. Associates must commit to their stated availability while maintaining flexibility within it. Standard shifts are generally scheduled between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM in the store’s time zone; overnight positions may work between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Schedules vary by location, season, business demands, store needs, and employment type. Managers will make every effort to schedule within an associate’s availability, but business needs may sometimes require different or additional availability. Full-time retail hours are 32–40 per week; part-time hours are 14–29 per week; seasonal hours may be up to 40 per week based on business need; and part-time-under hours are 5–15 per week. Applicants must be at least 18. Relocation support and work authorization assistance are not available. Requirements

Be flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, based on department and store or company needs.
Be able to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Must be at least 18 years old.
