About The Position

As a Retail Associate at Goodwill of Southwestern Pennsylvania and North Central West Virginia, you work with a team to maintain a clean and safe shopping experience for customers while meeting production standards and providing quality customer service. You learn the daily operations of a retail store outlet and gain skills for a career in retail. The position is described as a vital part of the organization and may lead to future career opportunities. Duties include cashiering and sales floor support; processing and pricing clothing, linens, and household goods; and assisting customers at the Donation Door with handling, pre-sorting, and moving donated goods. No travel is required. The external hiring range is $14.00 per hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No experience required; training is provided for the right person.
