About The Position
The Retail Associate provides attentive, upbeat customer service in a retail setting at Tropicana Atlantic City. The role includes assisting customers with merchandise purchases, promoting Caesars Rewards membership, maintaining merchandise displays and work areas, and handling stocking and pricing tasks. Associates may be assigned to any Retail Services area and may advise customers on fashions, garment styles, and accessory coordination. A CER License is required.
Requirements

- Ability to lift 15 to 25 pounds.

- Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
- Working knowledge of gift shop or boutique items.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the outlined customer-service behaviors, maintain a positive attitude, and create an enthusiastic, welcoming atmosphere.
- Greet guests warmly, anticipate their needs, provide fast and accurate service, check for satisfaction, and resolve service issues.
- Promote Caesars Rewards programs and card membership, and thank guests as they leave.
- Assist customers with purchasing merchandise and promote positive customer relations.
- Receive packages and boxes of various sizes and assist with stocking items.
- Mark merchandise prices as directed.
- Advise customers about current fashions, garment styles suited to age and figure, and coordinating accessories with apparel.
- Maintain an accurate accounting of the change bank used for change and refunds.
- Keep the work area neat and ensure merchandise is displayed in the proper area.
- Complete special assignments as requested by upper management.
