About The Position

Arch Telecom is a national T-Mobile Preferred Retailer with more than 200 stores across the U.S. Retail Associate Managers (RAMs) work as part of a retail team to represent the T-Mobile brand and Arch Telecom’s Core Values. They create enthusiasm for products and services, focus on customers’ needs, build relationships, and educate customers about wireless devices and services. This is a learning role: the RAM develops required skills while assisting the Retail Store Manager with operational duties. The role combines customer service, sales, team leadership, and store operations.
