About The Position

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Management Team with operations management and team leadership. The role drives daily store performance, motivates employees, and ensures effective customer service. It also contributes to store profitability through inventory management, visual merchandising, and sales management. The position may involve lifting and moving boxes weighing up to 50 lbs. Applicants must be at least 18 years old. A high school diploma or equivalent and retail, restaurant, or hospitality leadership experience are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales goals, provide outstanding customer service, and foster a positive work environment.

• Monitor stock levels, manage restocking, and organize the sales floor.
• Oversee store systems, scheduling, opening and closing procedures, and operational processes.
• Implement strategies, set expectations, and drive revenue growth and sales results.
• Address operational challenges and resolve customer concerns.
