About The Position

The Retail Assistant Manager assists in supervising a store team focused on creating an unforgettable shopping experience and helping customers look and feel their best. The role provides opportunities to develop leadership skills and build a career path. As a sales lead, the Assistant Manager regularly interacts with customers and leads the customer experience alongside the store team. The position helps strategize to achieve team sales goals and, as a key holder, efficiently and accurately carries out maurices Standard Operating Practices, including opening and closing the store. This is a regular, full-time position at maurices Store 1436 in Northglenn, Colorado. The posting is an evergreen requisition for future openings; hiring needs may vary, and applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. The hourly pay range is $20.50–$22.55, with monthly incentive compensation eligibility based on store performance. Requirements

At least 1 year of customer service experience.
Ability to foster a team and create a positive working environment.
