About The Position

The Retail Assistant Manager assists in supervising a store team focused on creating an unforgettable shopping experience. As a sales lead, the Assistant Manager regularly interacts with customers and leads the customer experience alongside the store team. The role includes strategizing to achieve team sales goals and, as a key holder, efficiently and accurately carrying out maurices Standard Operating Practices, including opening and closing the store. The position offers support in developing leadership skills and career growth. This is an evergreen requisition for future openings at Store 1660-Market Plc at Hanford in Hanford, California; hiring needs may vary and applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. The role is regular, full-time, and paid hourly at $20.15–$22.17, with monthly incentive compensation eligibility based on store performance.

Requirements

At least 1 year of customer service experience.
Ability to foster a team and create a positive working environment.
Experience training and directing others.
Ability to take initiative and participate in making decisions.
Demonstrated ability to achieve goals.
Computer proficiency.
Ability to work a flexible schedule.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
