About The Position

The Assistant Store Manager assists in supervising a store team focused on creating an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves customers looking and feeling their best. The role provides opportunities to develop leadership skills and build a career path. As a sales lead, the Assistant Manager regularly interacts with customers and leads the customer experience with the store team. The position helps strategize to achieve team sales goals and, as a key holder, participates in accurately and efficiently carrying out maurices Standard Operating Practices, including opening and closing the store. This is a regular, full-time position at Store 2154-The Pear Tree Center in Ukiah, California. The requisition is evergreen and intended to build a pipeline for future openings; hiring needs may vary, applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and candidates may be contacted as positions become available. The hourly pay range is $21.22–$23.53, with pay varying based on qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies, and work location. Requirements

At least 1 year of customer service experience.
