About The Position

The Assistant Store Manager assists in supervising a store team focused on creating an unforgettable shopping experience. The role interacts regularly with customers, leads the customer experience alongside the store team, and helps strategize to achieve team sales goals. As a key holder, the Assistant Store Manager helps execute maurices Standard Operating Practices accurately and efficiently, including opening and closing the store. The company supports development of leadership skills and career growth. This is an evergreen requisition for future openings at Store 2077-Bayshore Mall in Eureka, California; hiring needs may vary and applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. The position is regular, full-time, and paid hourly at $18.42–$20.26, with monthly incentive compensation based on store performance.

Requirements

At least 1 year of customer service experience.
Ability to foster a team and create a positive working environment.
Experience training and directing others.
Ability to take initiative and participate in decision-making.
Demonstrated ability to achieve goals.
Computer proficiency.
Ability to work a flexible schedule.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
