About The Position

The Assistant Store Manager assists in supervising a store team focused on creating an unforgettable shopping experience. The role interacts with customers as a sales lead, guides the customer experience with the store team, and develops leadership skills. The Assistant Manager helps strategize to achieve team sales goals and, as a key holder, executes maurices Standard Operating Practices, including opening and closing the store. This is a regular, full-time position at the Woodland Gateway maurices store in Woodland, California. The posting is an evergreen requisition for future openings; hiring needs may vary and applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. The hourly pay range is $20.52–$22.57, with eligibility for monthly incentive compensation based on store performance. Pay may vary based on qualifications, experience, skills, competencies, work location, and applicable minimum-wage requirements. Requirements

At least 1 year of customer service experience.
