About The Position

The Assistant Store Manager assists in supervising a store team focused on creating an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves customers looking and feeling their best. The role provides opportunities to develop leadership skills and build a career path. As a sales lead, the Assistant Store Manager regularly interacts with customers and leads the store team in delivering the customer experience. The position also involves strategizing to achieve team sales goals and, as a key holder, efficiently and accurately carrying out maurices Standard Operating Practices, including opening and closing the store. This is a regular, full-time position at the maurices store in Cottonwood Mall in Alamosa, Colorado. The posting is an evergreen requisition used to build a pipeline of candidates for future openings, so actual hiring needs may vary. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Pay is $18.50–$20.35 per hour, with monthly incentive compensation based on store performance. Pay may vary based on qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies, and work location. Requirements

At least 1 year of customer service experience.
