About The Position

The Assistant Store Manager assists in supervising a store team focused on creating an unforgettable shopping experience and helping customers look and feel their best. The role offers support in developing leadership skills and building a career path. As a sales lead, the Assistant Manager regularly interacts with customers and leads the customer experience with the store team. The role also helps strategize to achieve team sales goals and, as a key holder, executes maurices Standard Operating Practices accurately and efficiently, including opening and closing the store. This is a regular, full-time hourly position at maurices Store 1428 in Flat Acres Marketplace, Parker, Colorado. The posting is an evergreen requisition for future openings; hiring needs may vary, applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and candidates may be contacted as positions become available. Pay is $21.15–$22.99 per hour, depending on qualifications, experience, skills, competencies, and work location. The position is eligible for monthly incentive compensation based on store performance.

Requirements

At least 1 year of customer service experience.
