About The Position

Holy Angels Residential Facility is in search of a Full Time 40-hour per week Angel Works Assistant Retail Coordinator for the Holy Angels locations, including Holy Angels Angel Works Program, Holy Angels Gift Shops, Howdy’s Ice Cream and Pop-Up shops. This position will work varied day shift hours including Saturdays or Sundays as needed. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently, train individuals with developmental disabilities, and have good customer service and computer skills.

Requirements

Must maintain a current and valid driver’s license
3-5 Years’ experience working independently in retail shops
Drug Screen
Criminal Background Check
Driver’s License Check

Responsibilities

Assist the Gift Shop Coordinators in the day-to-day operations of the retail location
Assist Angel Works Manager in the day-to-day operations of the Angel Works Day Program
Conduct inventory in retail and day program settings
Greet and serve customers
Works in Angel Works areas including culinary arts, business services and arts and crafts as needed
Train, supervise and oversee individuals with developmental disabilities/residents working in the retail areas
Work Pop- Up parties and retail locations as needed on evenings/weekends
Transporting retail items between locations
Transporting residents to and from Pop-Up events and supervising residents while at events
Drives Pop- Up Van to locations
Must be able to communicate with the public effectively
Must be able to follow dress code of business appropriate attire
Perform all other duties as requested by the Angel Works Manager, Retail Coordinators and Sr. Director of Community Services
