About The Position

SERVPRO of Belle Meade/West Nashville is hiring a Restoration Supervisor to lead technicians on emergency response restoration jobs involving fire, water, mold, and storm damage. The role combines hands-on jobsite work with crew leadership, customer communication, safety oversight, documentation, equipment and supply management, and team development. It is a labor-intensive position and may involve responding to after-hours calls when needed. The employer offers tools and training to support career growth, including a path toward leadership roles in Operations or Construction. A $500 sign-on bonus is payable after 90 days of active employment, provided the employee remains active and in good standing at the time of payment.

Requirements

Strong leadership and communication skills.
Valid driver's license and clean background.
Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds or more, and sometimes lift 100 pounds with assistance.
Comfort working in crawlspaces, on ladders, and in difficult conditions.
Ability to use mobile apps, documentation software, and digital forms.
Willingness to respond to after-hours calls when needed.

Nice To Haves

Experience in restoration, mitigation, or construction is preferred.
IICRC certifications are a bonus; the employer will help the employee obtain them.

Responsibilities

Oversee restoration jobs and lead technicians on water, fire, mold, and storm damage projects.
Manage customer expectations, maintain communication, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Perform and supervise hands-on jobsite work.
Monitor safety, enforce safety protocols, and protect employees and customers.
Maintain accurate, detailed job documentation, including photos, notes, and equipment logs.
Maintain equipment and vehicles and monitor supply usage to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
Train, coach, and mentor team members.
Respond to after-hours calls when needed.
