About The Position

SERVPRO of Belle Meade/West Nashville is hiring a hands-on Restoration Supervisor to oversee emergency restoration work following water, fire, mold, and storm damage. The supervisor leads technicians, performs and oversees labor-intensive jobsite work, communicates with customers, and helps people recover after property damage. The company offers tools and training to support career growth, including a path to leadership roles in Operations or Construction. Compensation is $21–$24 per hour based on experience, with a $500 sign-on bonus payable after 90 days of active employment, subject to the stated good-standing and employment conditions.

Requirements

• Experience in restoration, mitigation, or construction is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean background.
• Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds or more, and sometimes lift 100 pounds with assistance.
• Comfort working in crawlspaces, on ladders, and in tough conditions.
• Ability to use mobile apps, documentation software, and digital forms.
• Willingness to respond to after-hours calls when needed.

• IICRC certifications; the employer will help the selected candidate obtain certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restoration projects involving water, fire, mold, and storm damage and lead a team of technicians.
• Set customer expectations, maintain communication, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform and supervise jobsite work in a labor-intensive role.
• Monitor safety, enforce safety protocols, and protect employees and customers.
• Complete accurate job documentation, including photos, notes, and equipment logs.
• Maintain equipment and vehicles and monitor supply use to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Train, coach, and mentor team members.
• Respond to after-hours calls when needed.
