About The Position

SERVPRO of Belle Meade/West Nashville is hiring a Restoration Supervisor to lead technicians responding to emergency restoration jobs involving fire, water, mold, and storm damage. The role combines hands-on jobsite work with crew leadership, customer communication, safety oversight, documentation, and management of equipment and supplies. It is labor-intensive and may require responding to after-hours calls when needed. The company offers training and support for career growth, including a path to leadership roles in Operations or Construction. A $500 sign-on bonus is payable after 90 days of active employment, provided the employee is actively employed and in good standing at the time of payment.

Requirements

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean background.
• Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds or more, and sometimes lift 100 pounds with assistance.
• Comfort working in crawlspaces, on ladders, and in challenging conditions.
• Ability to use mobile apps, documentation software, and digital forms.
• Willingness to respond to after-hours calls when needed.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in restoration, mitigation, or construction is preferred.
• IICRC certifications are a bonus; the company will help employees obtain them.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restoration projects and lead technicians working on water, fire, mold, and storm damage.
• Manage customer expectations, communicate with customers, and ensure their satisfaction.
• Perform and supervise hands-on jobsite work.
• Monitor safety, enforce safety protocols, and protect employees and customers.
• Maintain accurate and detailed job documentation, including photos, notes, and equipment logs.
• Maintain equipment and vehicles, and monitor supply usage to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Train, coach, and mentor team members.
