Restoration Supervisor- $500 Sign-On Bonus
About The Position
The Restoration Supervisor leads a crew of technicians responding to fire, water, mold, and storm damage jobs. This is a hands-on, labor-intensive role that combines jobsite work and supervision with customer communication, safety oversight, accurate documentation, and equipment and vehicle care. The supervisor trains and mentors team members and helps customers through difficult situations while restoration work is underway. The employer offers tools and training to support career growth, with a stated path to leadership roles in Operations or Construction. A $500 sign-on bonus is payable after 90 days of active employment, subject to being actively employed and in good standing at the time of payment.
Requirements
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean background.
- Ability to regularly lift 50 or more pounds and sometimes lift 100 pounds with assistance.
- Comfort working in crawlspaces, on ladders, and in tough conditions.
- Ability to use mobile apps, documentation software, and digital forms.
- Willingness to respond to after-hours calls when needed.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in restoration, mitigation, or construction.
- IICRC certifications.
Responsibilities
- Oversee restoration jobs and lead technicians on water, fire, mold, and storm damage projects.
- Manage customer expectations, maintain communication, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform and supervise jobsite work.
- Monitor safety, enforce safety protocols, and protect team members and customers.
- Complete accurate, detailed job documentation, including photos, notes, and equipment logs.
- Maintain equipment and vehicles and manage supply usage to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
- Train, coach, and mentor team members.
