Restoration Supervisor- $500 Sign-On Bonus
About The Position
SERVPRO of Belle Meade/West Nashville is hiring a hands-on Restoration Supervisor to lead technicians on emergency restoration jobs involving fire, water, mold, and storm damage. The role combines team leadership, customer communication, documentation, safety oversight, and direct jobsite work. It is labor-intensive and may involve responding to after-hours calls when needed. The employer offers $21–$24 per hour based on experience, bi-weekly pay, overtime opportunities, and performance incentives after the probationary period. Paid industry certifications, personal protective equipment, uniforms, a company vehicle, and a path toward leadership roles in Operations or Construction are also offered. A $500 sign-on bonus is payable after 90 days of active employment, subject to the stated good-standing and payroll conditions.
Requirements
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean background.
- Ability to regularly lift more than 50 pounds and sometimes lift 100 pounds with assistance.
- Comfort working in crawlspaces, on ladders, and in difficult conditions.
- Ability to use mobile apps, documentation software, and digital forms.
- Willingness to respond to after-hours calls when needed.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in restoration, mitigation, or construction.
- IICRC certifications; the employer will help the employee obtain certifications.
Responsibilities
- Oversee restoration projects and lead technicians working on water, fire, mold, and storm damage jobs.
- Manage customer expectations, communicate with customers, and work to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform and supervise jobsite work.
- Monitor safety, enforce safety protocols, and protect the team and customers.
- Maintain accurate and detailed job documentation, including photos, notes, and equipment logs.
- Maintain equipment and vehicles and manage supply use to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
- Train, coach, and mentor team members.
