About The Position

SERVPRO of Belle Meade/West Nashville is hiring a hands-on Restoration Supervisor to lead technicians responding to fire, water, mold, and storm damage projects. The supervisor oversees restoration work, performs and supervises labor-intensive jobsite tasks, and helps customers through difficult situations by setting expectations, communicating clearly, and ensuring satisfaction. The role also involves safety oversight, detailed job documentation, equipment and vehicle care, and coaching team members. The employer provides tools, training, personal protective equipment, uniforms, and paid industry certifications, with opportunities to grow into leadership roles in Operations or Construction. Compensation is $21–$24 per hour based on experience, with bi-weekly pay, overtime opportunities, performance incentives after the probationary period, and a $500 sign-on bonus payable after 90 days of active employment, subject to the stated conditions.

Requirements

Experience in restoration, mitigation, or construction is preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Valid driver's license and clean background.
Ability to regularly lift more than 50 pounds, and sometimes 100 pounds with assistance.
Comfort working in crawlspaces, on ladders, and in challenging conditions.
Ability to use mobile apps, documentation software, and digital forms.
Willingness to respond to after-hours calls when needed.

Responsibilities

Oversee restoration jobs and lead technicians on water, fire, mold, and storm damage projects.
Manage customer expectations, maintain communication, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Perform and supervise jobsite work in a labor-intensive role.
Monitor jobsite safety, enforce safety protocols, and protect employees and customers.
Complete accurate, detailed job documentation, including photos, notes, and equipment logs.
Maintain equipment and vehicles, and manage supply usage to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
Train, coach, and mentor team members.
Respond to after-hours calls when needed.
