About The Position

Team Schierl Companies is seeking a motivated, hands-on Subway Restaurant Store Manager for the Neenah area. The manager will lead restaurant operations, develop and motivate the team, and deliver an outstanding Guest experience while maintaining Subway’s standards. Restaurant, retail, or management experience is preferred, but enthusiasm, leadership potential, and a strong work ethic are also valued. Salary is up to $48,000 annually, based on experience, plus performance incentives.
