About The Position
Cousins Subs is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the team during a shift, keep service running smoothly, and support the crew. The role is hands-on and may involve food preparation, cashiering, sandwich-line work, and cleaning. The Shift Manager coaches team members, trains new hires, helps maintain food safety, order accuracy, and store cleanliness, and handles minor issues to create a positive guest experience. Requirements
- At least 1 year of leadership experience, preferably in food service.
- Dependable, organized, and team-focused.
- Good communication skills and a positive leadership approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
