About The Position
Boddie-Noell Enterprises is hiring a Restaurant Shift Leader for a Hardee’s restaurant. The position trains to operate the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager and helps achieve sales growth by maintaining high standards for quality, service, and cleanliness while focusing on profitability and operating standards. The role involves working alongside crew members, leading by example, resolving guest concerns, and supporting restaurant operations.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must meet the physical demands of the role.
- Must be able to lead, recognize, and train successful talent.
- At least 1 year of shift management experience.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Consistent and reliable.

Nice To Haves
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
Responsibilities
- Supervise shifts and maintain company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Train and develop crew members under the direction of management.
- Maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management and crew, and assist with crew duties as needed.
- Conduct crew meetings before shifts as needed to discuss operations, promotions, safety, security, and training.
- Manage labor costs to meet company standards.
- Control inventory to meet company GAP standards.
- Maintain reports and records according to company standards and applicable state and federal regulations.
- Maintain the building and equipment using proper operating, cleaning, and preventive maintenance procedures.
- Be responsible for cash, including bank deposits, while in charge of a shift, and ensure cash procedures are followed.
- Meet company standards for personal appearance and display professionalism.
- Recognize and enforce HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies and procedures while in charge of a shift.
- Represent Boddie-Noell Enterprises professionally and demonstrate its vision and values.
