About The Position

The Restaurant Server provides outstanding guest service in the hotel’s restaurant and outlet services. Responsibilities include taking and delivering food and beverage orders, checking on guests throughout their visit, processing checks and payments, and helping maintain an organized, clean, sanitary, and well-stocked restaurant. The role requires friendly, courteous, and professional interactions and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a part-time position paying $16.90 per hour plus tips. The posting also separately lists compensation as $16.50 per hour plus tips.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of server experience in a similar role; experience in an operation of similar size is preferred.
Alcohol Beverage Servers Certification required.
Food Handlers Certification required.
Ability to kneel, stoop, grasp, lift, carry, and transport 50–75 pounds.
Ability to stand and move about in restaurant and kitchen areas for most of the shift.

Responsibilities

Deliver thoughtful, engaging, high-quality service to guests.
Take and deliver food and beverage orders, check back regularly, refill beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction.
Generate checks through the PMS and efficiently receive guest payments.
Keep the restaurant organized and replenish condiments and supplies.
Monitor inventory to help prevent stock shortages.
Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and functionality of restaurant and service workstations.
