About The Position

The Restaurant Server Assistant supports servers with dining room activities at Kaseya Center. The role helps prepare the dining room and set tables, delivers orders, and clears tables. It also ensures proper food presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures while following HACCP standards and company policies and procedures. The position requires a personal commitment to the safety of oneself and others.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time.
• Use medium-weight cut gloves when handling or using knives, peelers, choppers, mandolins, or cleaning a slicer.
• Use oven mitts, fryer gloves, or steamer gloves when handling hot pans from ovens, warmers, or steam tables.
• Wear slip-resistant shoes and use proper lifting techniques.

Responsibilities

• Support servers in preparing the dining room and setting tables.
• Deliver orders to tables and bus tables.
• Ensure proper presentation, portion control, and maintenance of serving temperatures; follow HACCP standards.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including required protective equipment and safe lifting practices.
• Maintain a personal commitment to personal and workplace safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
