About The Position

The Assistant Server supports servers with dining room activities, including preparing the dining room and table settings, delivering orders, and bussing tables. The role also helps ensure proper food presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures while following HACCP standards and company safety policies.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Support servers in preparing the dining room and table settings.
• Deliver orders to tables and bus tables.
• Ensure proper presentation, portion control, and maintenance of serving temperatures; follow HACCP standards.
• Commit to personal safety and the safety of others.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures, including using appropriate cut-resistant gloves, heat-protective gloves, slip-resistant shoes, and proper lifting techniques.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
