About The Position

Restaurant Managing Partners lead hospitality for guests and care for team members, creating a family-friendly, fun atmosphere while serving Red Robin’s food. This leadership role owns front-of-house and heart-of-house execution standards, meets operational expectations, and delivers strong results. Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.
Two years of management experience.
Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Reliable transportation.
Strong communication and exceptional leadership skills.
Ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a passionate team dedicated to execution, hospitality, and service.
Strong profit-and-loss knowledge.
Ability to obtain certifications or permits required by state or local law.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of local and state health codes.
Experience with Workday, Aloha, NBO, and Hot Schedules.
Experience managing a team.
