As part of the Subway® Team, you as a Manager will focus on eight main things: Providing excellent guest experience, Ensuring that great food is prepared & served, Keeping our restaurants functional, clean and beautiful, Managing inventory and money control systems, Coordinating local marketing initiatives, including community outreach, Recruiting staff, Maintaining standards of restaurant safety and security, and Being a team player. In addition to the role of a Manager, key parts of your day-to-day will consist of: Recruiting and rewarding outstanding Team members, Ensuring safety and security protocols are followed, including being aware of local and national health and food safety codes, Maintaining business records and analyzing them to help increase sales, Identifying and contacting prospective Guests to promote sales, Supporting local and national marketing initiatives, ensuring the restaurant is ready on every level for the beginning of a new marketing window, and Planning special events and promotions.
