About The Position

Salema Management is hiring Restaurant Managers for Dunkin' restaurants in the Greater Springfield area, with additional openings across its network. Restaurant Managers provide positive leadership to their teams to deliver excellent, friendly guest experiences while maintaining brand standards and operational excellence. They are responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant in accordance with Dunkin' standards and applicable laws. The role calls for a positive, professional, team-oriented leader who can work in a fun, fast-paced environment and follow brand, safety, and sanitation standards. This position is with a Dunkin' franchisee, not Dunkin' Brands, Inc. or its affiliates. If hired, the franchisee is the employee's employer and sets its own wages and benefit programs, which may vary among franchisees. Eligibility requirements apply to listed perks.
