About The Position

Salema Management, a local Dunkin' franchisee, is hiring for its Store Manager Training Program. The program prepares trainees to assume the responsibilities of a Store Manager and introduces them to the company. Training typically lasts 1–3 months, with timing tailored to each trainee’s needs. Trainees work alongside Training Managers in high-volume locations, complete HR training, obtain ServSafe certification and complete allergen-awareness training, work a variety of shifts alongside team members, and demonstrate the ability to perform all restaurant positions. After training, the Store Manager performs team-member duties and oversees daily restaurant operations, including staffing, cleanliness, inventory, equipment, food and service quality, and compliance with brand and company standards. The role includes recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and developing team members, while working toward sales, payroll, food-cost, and guest-satisfaction goals. The manager also completes daily payroll, cash, and operational tasks and maintains a safe, secure, and healthy restaurant environment. This position is with the Dunkin' franchisee, not Dunkin' Brands, Inc. or its affiliates. The franchisee is the employer and independently sets its wages and benefits.
