About The Position

The Optimist is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead its restaurant team and help oversee the complete operation. The manager leads on a shift basis in an open, positive, and approachable manner, participates in menu changes, and hires, trains, and supervises staff. The role also maintains the daily communication log and closely monitors labor, scheduling, and overtime to support productivity and profitability. The Optimist offers a seaside fish-camp experience featuring high-quality, sustainably sourced seafood and beach-food classics. Rocket Farm Restaurants emphasizes treating team members with dignity, respect, and care.

Requirements

Three years of progressive restaurant experience preferred, including one year in a supervisory or management position.
