Restaurant Management Internship
About The Position
Hillstone Restaurant Group is seeking rising seniors for its Summer 2027 Internship Program. The apprentice-style internship provides hands-on exposure to restaurant operations through rotations in key staff-level roles and shadowing managers. The experience is designed to introduce interns to leadership at Hillstone and prepare them for a potential full-time Management role after graduation. The internship lasts for the summer of 2027. Interns are placed across Hillstone restaurants nationwide based on best fit, and relocation flexibility is required. Compensation averages $1,000 per week, varies by location, and is listed as USD 1,000–1,600 weekly. Prior restaurant experience is helpful but not required; the company values passion, curiosity, and a strong work ethic. Hillstone Restaurant Group is a privately held collection of restaurants known for hospitality, high standards, and a strong culture. Its restaurants include Houston’s, Hillstone, R+D Kitchen, Bandera, East Hampton Grill, South Beverly Grill, Honor Bar, Palm Beach Grill, and White House Tavern.
Requirements
- Rising senior status.
