Restaurant Management Internship
About The Position
Hillstone Restaurant Group’s Summer 2027 Internship Program is an apprentice-style opportunity for rising seniors interested in restaurants, leadership, and hospitality. Interns gain hands-on exposure to restaurant operations by rotating through staff-level roles and shadowing managers to learn about service, daily operations, and management responsibilities. The experience is intended to provide insight into leadership at Hillstone and prepare interns for a potential full-time Management role after graduation. The internship takes place during Summer 2027. Interns are placed at restaurants nationwide based on best fit, and relocation flexibility is required. Compensation is listed as USD 1,000–1,600 per week; the description also notes an average of $1,000 per week, varying by location. Prior restaurant experience is helpful but not required.
