About The Position

Hillstone Restaurant Group’s Summer 2027 Internship Program is an apprentice-style opportunity for rising seniors interested in restaurants, leadership, and hospitality. Interns gain hands-on exposure to restaurant operations by rotating through key staff-level roles and shadowing managers to learn about higher-level responsibilities. The experience is intended to build a foundation in service and daily operations, provide insight into leadership at Hillstone, and prepare interns for a potential full-time Management role after graduation.

The internship takes place during Summer 2027. Interns are placed at restaurants nationwide based on best fit, and relocation flexibility is required. Compensation averages $1,000 per week and varies by location. Prior restaurant experience is helpful but not required; the company values passion, curiosity, and a strong work ethic.
