About The Position

Hillstone Restaurant Group’s Summer 2027 Internship is an apprentice-style program for rising seniors interested in restaurants, leadership, and hospitality. Interns gain hands-on exposure to restaurant operations by rotating through key staff-level roles and shadowing managers to learn about higher-level responsibilities. The experience is designed to introduce interns to leadership at Hillstone and prepare them for a potential full-time management role after graduation.
