About The Position

The Line Cook - Salad and Sandwich is responsible for preparing, producing, and serving visually appealing, high-quality foods on the cold side of the line, primarily at the sandwich and salad station, following Urban Plates recipes and procedures. The role is part of a scratch-cooking restaurant environment focused on quality ingredients and made-to-order food. Responsibilities

Prepare, produce, and serve visually appealing, high-quality food on the cold side of the line.
Work primarily at the sandwich and salad station.
