This specific opportunity is for a Kitchen Manager (KM) at the Charlotte, NC location, offered by the franchisee, Platinum Corral. Requirements
- Strong, stable work history.
- Management experience in a high-volume, casual dining or family-style restaurant.
- Education and training normally associated with college coursework in business or hospitality.
- Successful completion of Golden Corral's comprehensive management training program.
- Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
- Must be able to relocate for the opportunity.
- Pass background checks and drug test.
Responsibilities
- Manage kitchen operations to ensure a pleasurable dining experience.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and guest feedback scores.
- Contribute to community fundraising efforts.
